WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
Reservations cancelled 90 days or more prior to the first scheduled stay will be refunded in full minus processing fees. 50% refund (minus processing fees) if cancelled 30-90 days prior to the first scheduled stay. NO refund if cancelled within 30 days of the first day of the scheduled stay.
IS THERE A NIGHTLY MINIMUM?
Yes, a seven-day stay is required from June through August. A two-night minimum stay is required September through June 14th (whole resort requires a three-night minimum).
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A STAY?
To secure your reservation 50% of the payment is due upon booking. The remainder of the balance is due 90 days prior to check-in. We require a one-night stay as a security deposit. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
While we understand the love for pets, our resort is designed to provide a tranquil and luxurious experience for all guests. Therefore, pets are not permitted.
RENTAL AGE REQUIREMENT
Minimum age to rent is 21.
CAN I HOST A WEDDING OR RECEPTION HERE?
While weddings and receptions can’t be held at the resort, it’s the perfect place for your wedding party and family to stay and enjoy the celebration together.
