Nestled on the northern bend of Silver Lake, Silver Oaks Resort has five beautifully designed cottages perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our cottages have two to four bedrooms and are ideal for couples, families, or large groups.

Enjoy Silver Lake, known locally for its crystal clear water, sand bars, swimming, and boating with friends, and is especially famous for its fishing.

We offer onsite, easy boat rental for pontoons and provide kayaks or paddle boards to our guests.

Just minutes away from downtown Traverse City, you can find restaurants, boutiques, cafés and sweet shops. Traverse City has so much to offer, with close proximity to Lake Michigan beaches, sand dunes, wineries, golf, casinos, and more.

Our Cottages

Cottage Five

The Main Cottage has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, two living spaces with two queen pull-out couches and a lovely fully equipped open kitchen.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of Silver Lake from any of four private patios, each with plenty of seating.

Gather with family and friends at multiple shared grilling and outside eating areas each with lounging chairs and umbrellas.

Come to the beach and take a dip or lounge on the sand patio and dock, perfect for parking a boat.

Cottage Four

Spacious and elegant, this three bedroom, two bathroom cottage is supremely relaxing.

With two queen bedrooms, one twin bunk bedroom, and two full bathrooms, a large family room with a queen pull-out couch and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The extra large marble peninsula has ample seating and cooking space.

Gaze upon Silver Lake from your own private patio with outdoor dining and plenty of seating with a private fire pit.

Enjoy shared grilling and gathering areas, each with lounging chairs and umbrellas.

Have fun at the lake on our private sand patio and dock.

Cottage Three

This quaint cottage has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, one full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with marble peninsula and a living room with walk-out patio.

With gorgeous views of the lake, this centrally located two bedroom cottage is full of charm.

Just steps from the shore, this cottage has one queen bedroom and one twin-bunk bedroom, one living room with desk and queen sized pull-out couch and fully equipped kitchen.

The private patio is lake front and has covered dining table, private fire pit lined with adirondack chairs.
