Silver Oaks accommodates gatherings of up to 50 guests. The property is intentionally designed to remain private, residential, and relaxed, preserving the experience of a true lakefront retreat rather than a traditional venue.

Many providers book well in advance during peak season, particularly for summer and early fall stays.
Partner services are coordinated through Silver Oaks but arranged and paid directly with each provider. Many require significant advance notice; we recommend reaching out at least 6 months before your stay, and up to a year for peak season.

How many guests can the property accommodate for a gathering?
Silver Oaks can accommodate up to 38 guests. This limit is based on parking availability and our commitment to maintaining a comfortable, private experience for all guests on the property.
Can we bring in a DJ or live band?
Amplified music and DJs are not permitted at Silver Oaks. The property is designed to feel peaceful and residential, not like a venue. Acoustic background music at a low volume is welcome.
Can we host a wedding ceremony or reception at Silver Oaks?
No. Silver Oaks does not permit weddings, ceremonies, or receptions on the property. However, it is an ideal place for your wedding party and families to stay during a celebration held at a nearby venue.
Can we arrange a private dinner on-site?
Absolutely. We work with a preferred private chef who specializes in custom, locally sourced experiences. We recommend booking as early as possible, often 6 months to a year in advance for peak season dates.
What outdoor spaces are available for groups?
The property features multiple private patios, fire pits, outdoor dining areas, and 167 feet of private Silver Lake frontage, including a swim dock and boat dock. Shared outdoor gathering areas are also available across the grounds.
Are portable restrooms allowed?
No. Outdoor or portable restroom facilities are not permitted on the property.
